How to manage inventory at multiple locations?
- Set up multiple locations
- You’ll need to define the multiple locations and configure your location settings. Each location can represent a warehouse, store, or other physical site where your inventory is stored.
Note: Setting up multiple locations helps segregate inventory for better management, allowing you to track stock independently at each location.

- Assign items to locations
- Create Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) for each item assigned to a specific location. This helps you manage detailed inventory levels, costs, and stock movements for each location.
- Track and replenish inventory across locations
- Run the Requisition Worksheet:
- Filter by location and calculate the plan to recommend replenishment quantities based on reorder points, demand, and stock levels at each location.
- Review the suggestions and carry out the action message to create the necessary purchase or transfer orders.

- Create a new transfer order to track and manage the movement of goods between locations.
- Post the transfer to update inventory levels and monitor the status of transfers.
