- Learn how to set up requisition worksheet template.
Why set up the requisition worksheet template?
The requisition worksheet template can be used for ad-hoc purchase order processing for items or set up as recurring across departments in the business ensuring consistency in converting requisition requests into purchase orders.
How to set up the requisition worksheet template?
- Search for requisitions worksheet templates on the top right-hand side of the page. Select the related link. The page displays.
- The requisition worksheet template is used for both one-time and recurring to convert entries into purchase orders.
- Select +New to create a new requisition worksheet template or select Edit List to edit an existing requisition worksheet template.
- Select Recurring checkbox if you want to set up a recurring worksheet template.
- Select Increment Batch Name if you want to set up automated incremental which means the posting following BATCH001 is automatically named BATCH002.
- You’ve now created a requisition worksheet template.
