Purpose and Benefits
Wiise Warehouse OnTime enhances warehouse operations by allowing users to process receipts, shipments, put-aways, and picks directly within the mobile app, with real-time synchronisation to Wiise ERP Desktop for accurate inventory or warehouse management.
Basic
Wiise Warehouse OnTime supports basic inventory management documents including Inventory Pick and Inventory Put Away. You have locations with bins configured that do not require the Warehouse Shipment or Warehouse Receive function.
Advanced
Wiise Warehouse OnTime supports advanced warehouse management documents including Warehouse Receipt, Warehouse Shipment, Warehouse Putaway and Warehouse Picks. You have locations with bins configured that require Warehouse Shipment or Warehouse Receive function.

Understanding user permissions
Here's list of KBIZ Wiise warehouse OnTime mobile app user permissions that you can assign to your users and warehouse employees in Wiise.
The top four permission set codes which are Admin, Supervisor, Team and Count are composite permission sets that include functional permissions.
You can simply assign a functional permission to a warehouse employee to complete a specific task. These permissions are Adjust, Assemble, Move, Pick, Put Away, Receive, Ship, Stocktake and Look Up.
The Basic permission allows a user to read table data. This permission is included in all functional permissions.
The Super permission enable the user to have full permissions to OnTime documents and settings in the Wiise ERP desktop. This permission does not allow the user to use functions on the OnTime mobile app.
