Why Set Up NDIS Product Catalogue? 

Setting up the NDIS Product Catalogue lets you set up correct items in Wiise together with prices that you can charge to your NDISD customers based on NDIS pricing. It helps ensure accurate invoicing and compliance with NDIS funding rules 

Note: Once the NDIS Proda Connection is set up, you can import the product catalogue using the NDIS Product Catalogue Setup wizard.  

Before You Begin 

By default, the Allow Editing Active Price is enabled on the Prices section in the Sales & Receivables Setup page. Please confirm that this is true and enabled before you import the NDIS Product Catalogue.

How to Set Up NDIS Product Catalogue? 

  1. Select Wiise for NDIS navigation menu on your Wiise landing page. From the drop-down menu, select NDIS Product Catalogue Setup.

    Note: This set up page is used for the initial import of the NDIS product catalogue.  
  2. The NDIS Product Catalogue Setup wizard displays.

  3. You’ll need to confirm that you’ve set up the NDIS Proda Connection.  
  4. Select Next to continue. 
  5. The Notice page displays.

  6. Read the information. Then, select Next to proceed.  
  7. The next page confirms that you’re ready to import the NDIS product catalogue.

  8. Select Import Product Catalogue to proceed.  
  9. The Import Product Catalogue action does the following: 
    1. Creates NDIS Locations if they don’t already exist in Wiise. 
    2. Retrieves product details from NDIA APIs such as: 
      1. Support Item Number; 
      2. Support Item Name; 
      3. Support Category Number and Name; 
      4. Unit of Measure  
    3. Requests and receives the PRICE_GUIDE_REPORT through a webhook in Azure. 
    4. Downloads the report data into Wiise for NDIS and sets up prices for each NDIS Location. 
  10. When the import succeeds, you’re directed to the NDIS Product Catalogue import complete page on the NDIS Product Catalogue Setup wizard.

  11. You can review the imported records via the NDIS Product Catalogue Import Dashboard

  12. Select Wiise for NDIS navigation menu on the Wiise landing page. Then, from the drop-down menu, select NDIS Product Catalogue Import Dashboard.  
  13. The NDIS Product Catalogue Import Dashboard list displays.

Note: The number of items successfully imported reflects the total number of Item Cards set up from the NDIS Product Catalogue import. This includes pricing setup as well.
