Use OnTime to complete an assembly order

Why use OnTime to complete an assembly order? 

Ontime can help you digitise your pick process to complete an assembly order. 

How to use OnTime to complete an assembly order? 

  1. Login to the OnTime app.

  2. Select the Assembly Order from the To do list on your Functions tab.  

    Note: Depending on the way your warehouse Locations is set up in Wiise ERP desktop, the assembly order will appear in the OnTime Pick tile for outbound Warehouse Pick or OnTime Assemble tile for internal Inventory Movements.

  3. Select the related task. The assembly order contains To do tasks which are Take and Place for the assembling items related to the order.

  4. Select Take. Then select Scan item.

  5. Select + or to increase or decrease the number of items for the assembly order. You can tap into the screen and key in the total number of items to Take.  
  6. Then, select Confirm
  7. Repeat steps 4 to 6 to complete the Take process for the other items in the order.  
  8. When the Take process is completed, you’ll see a green tick confirming Take is completed.

  9. Select a Place task. Then in the next screen, Scan item. Update the items to handle. 
  10. Select Confirm to proceed.  
  11. Repeat the process for Place tasks until you’ve completed and handled Place for this order.

  12. OnTime displays completed handled tasks in green. Select Save.  
  13. A message displays that saving was a success. Select OK to continue.  
  14. You’ll be directed to your completed list. Select the order again which may be in red.

  15. Select Register. This action registers your picks in Wiise ERP desktop.  
  16. Once registered, the pick activity disappears from your activity list.  
  17. You’ve used OnTime to complete an assembly order. 

Note: When picks are registered, this means they are posted in Wiise ERP desktop.
