Why Do You Update a Sales Order?
Sales orders can be updated at any time before they are posted. You may need to make changes such as updating quantities, prices, delivery dates, shipping details, or even adding or removing items.
Note: If the sales order has already been fully or partially posted, you can no longer edit it directly. Instead, use a Corrective Sales Credit Memo to adjust the invoice or create a Sales Return Order to manage product returns. Alternatively, use the Copy Document function to create a new sales order based on the original one.
