      Set up and use Wiise Pay Run Insights widget 

      Overview:

      • Learn how to see pay run widgets on Wiise Insights in your Wiise landing page. 

      Why use Wiise Pay Run Insights? 

      See the summary and status of recent pay runs which include finalised, overdue, unfinalised and payslips sent on your Wiise Pay Run widget. As the payroll administrator, this widget gives you a view of your payrun status.  

      How to set up Wiise Pay Run insights? 

      To access this feature, here are steps that need to be setup for users to access the Wiise Pay Run widget. 

      1. You’ll need to be assigned the Accountant or Business Manager on the Wiise landing page (role profile). 
        1. Select the Settings icon on the top right-hand corner of the page to confirm your Role type in Wiise. Then, select My Settings.  
        2. View the Role field to confirm the role your user is assigned.

      2. Assign a Payroll Officer function in the User Setup page.  
        1. Search for User Setup on the top right-hand corner of the page. Select the related link.

        2. Enable the Payroll Officer tick box against the user ID.  
      3. For a Wiise Australia environment use Wiise AU Payroll or for a Wiise NZ environment use Wiise NZ Payroll permission set for the user in the Users page. 
        1. Search for Users on the top right-hand corner of the page. Select the related link. 
        2. The Users list displays. Select a User Name to update the permission set.

      4. You’ve set up a user to receive Wiise Pay Run Insights widget on their Wiise landing page.  

      How to use Wiise Pay Run Insights? 

      1. Select the hyperlinked pay periods to view individual pay periods and their status or view all pay runs directly from your Wiise Pay Run Insights widgets on your Wiise landing page.
