New Features

To streamline your day, we've introduced actionable insights on your Wiise ERP desktop so that you can see outstanding timesheets and pay run tasks.

Wiise Timesheet Insights

We are excited to announce the launch of the Wiise Timesheets Insights widget, designed to streamline time management and make it easier to keep timesheets up to date across your business.

To access this feature, users will need to:

• Be a member of the following Roles Centres:
  • Accountant
  • Business Manager
  • Business Manager Evaluation
  • Team Member
  • Project Manager
• To enable 'Timesheet' under the Wiise Payroll Setup
• To be set up as a resource with 'Use Time Sheet' set to true
• Have an approver specified for their timesheet.

Wiise Pay Run Insights

As a payroll administrator, you can now see the status of all pay runs on your Wiise ERP desktop. View a summary of pay runs so that you can see the status of recent pay runs including finalised, overdue or not finalised and payslips sent, and take action if any pay run tasks are overdue.

To access this feature (and payroll information in Wiise), users will need to:

• Be a member of the following Roles Centres:
  • Accountant
  • Business Manager
  • Business Manager Evaluation
• Have 'Payroll Officer' selected under Under Setup.
• Be assigned with one of the following permission sets:

  • WIISE AU PAYROLL

  • WIISE NZ PAYROLL

Remove bank account

To ensure better governance of Yodlee bank integration, we have added a new feature that allows users to remove individual bank account from integrating with the Wiise ERP desktop as needed.

Enhanced Payroll permissions

Wiise has introduced a new permission group for Wiise Australia 2.0 and Wiise New Zealand customers to enhance security and access to payroll information. These are as follows:

• Wiise Australia 2.0: WIISE AU PAYROLL

• Wiise New Zealand: WIISE NZ PAYROLL

Users will need to apply this permission to users to access payroll functionality in Wiise.
