Why roster employees using Wiise Payroll? 

Rostering employees in Wiise Payroll ensures efficient scheduling, balanced workloads, legal compliance, accurate resource allocation, and adequate task coverage. 

Note: Rostering feature is available on the Wiise Plus Payroll Plan.  

How to roster employees using Wiise Payroll? 

  1. In Wiise Payroll, select the Rostering menu.

  2. Select Edit in Role on the bottom left-hand side of the menu.

  3. Add new Roles, then, select Save. You can Edit an existing role or Delete.  
  4. Add the added roster roles against employees in Wiise Payroll.  

    Note: When an employee is unavailable to fulfill their roster and this could be whether they’re on leave or for other reasons, you can update your employees roster actions by their availability in Wiise Payroll.  

    Note: Creating or viewing a roster can be viewed using a day, week or fortnight format. This provides department managers the flexibility to allocate and view roster shifts from different perspectives in Wiise Payroll. In the rostering menu, the calendar view is available for you to navigate to a date in the future or past.
