Install Wiise app updates

Overview:

Ensure your customer's environment is running the most current version of Wiise 2.0.

Note: If you have restricted access to your Wiise environment, you will need to manually install Wiise updates to take advantage of new Wiise features, bug fixes and updates. This will need to be completed by someone in your organisation with access to your admin centre.

Why install Wiise app updates?

Installing Wiise app updates ensures your system has the latest features, performance improvements, and security enhancements. It also keeps your environment compatible with new integrations and support services.

How to install Wiise app updates?

Go to your M365 admin page on your customer's tenant. Then, review the application page for your Production environment.

Note: The minimum Current Version should be 24.0.164 or higher.
Select the Production environment hyperlink.
Select Apps.
Search for the Wiise and Wiise Australia apps.
Select Install the updates for both apps.
Once updates are installed, log into Wiise.
Search for Wiise Azure Setup and select the related link.
Select Actions. Then, select Register Wiise.
The updates apply automatically and you won't need to do anything further.
You'll see the new version number against your Wiise environment.
You should be able to log into your Wiise environment as usual.

Note: The Register Wiise action brings in the installed updates and Wiise functionalities.
