Why Archive a Wiise Purchase Approval? 

To reduce the number of entries on the main Wiise Purchase Approval Worksheet, users can archive previously submitted approvals. 

How to Archive a Wiise Purchase Approval? 

  1. Select the lines of approved Wiise Purchase Approvals on your Wiise Purchase Approval Worksheet.  
  2. Select Process. Then, select Archive Wiise Purchase Approval.

  3. A message displays to confirm if you want to archive the selected request. Select Yes to continue.

  4. Your selected lines have been successfully archived. A message displays the number of purchase requests archived.

  5. Select OK to close the process.  
  6. You’ve archived your selected approved Wiise purchase approvals.

Archive a Purchase Approval 

Users can archive previously submitted approvals to reduce the number of entries on the main Wiise Purchase Approval Worksheet.  

  1. From the Wiise Purchase Approval Worksheet, select the purchase approvals you no longer need to action or follow.  
  1. Select Process. Then, select Archive Wiise Purchase Approvals from the top navigation bar to archive selected entries.
