Enable Wiise Command Centre access

Overview: 

  • Give your users access to Wiise by approving the Wiise Command Centre Single Sign-On request. 

Why give your users access to Wiise Command Centre? 

Wiise users get to experience a seamless single sign-on (SSO) between Wiise and other Wiise Applications which includes Wiise ERP desktop and Wiise Payroll. 

Who can approve the Wiise Command Centre Single Sign On request? 

  1. A Cloud Application Administrator, Application Administrator or Global Administrator can approve the request.  
  2. Approval of the request is a one-time activity and once approved by the global administrator, users can seamlessly log in the Wiise Command Centre.

Note: All users in your Microsoft365 assigned a Wiise license can access the Wiise Command Centre. 

How to approve the Wiise Command Centre Single Sign On request? 

  1. A unique link request for the Wiise Command Centre Single Sign On will be generated by Wiise and shared by email to you.  
  2. Your Microsoft 365 global admin, cloud application administrator or application administrator can action this request on your behalf. 
  3. Select the link and log into Microsoft365.  
  4. You’ll see the below request. Select Accept to approve the request.

  5. When the request has been accepted, the administrator will be directed to log into the Wiise Command Centre. 
  6. The users in your organisation can now access the Wiise Command Centre by selecting  app.wiise.com. They’ll need to login using their M365 user login and password.
