Financial Dashboards
Following the launch of our warehouse dashboards, we’re introducing two new financial dashboards to help you stay on top of business performance: Profit & Loss and Actual vs Budget.
The Profit & Loss dashboard delivers a clear view of your revenue, expenses, and overall profitability, while the Actual vs Budget dashboard provides a detailed comparison between planned and actual financial results to help track performance and identify variances early.
Together, these tools give you the insights needed to manage finances proactively and make confident, informed decisions.
Why this matters:
Getting started:
These dashboards will be available to download and install from Microsoft Appsource.
Once installed, follow the prompts to connect your company data.
For more information, learn about how to use Power BI with Business Central here.
Note: Accounting Periods must be set up in Wiise prior to using Financial Dashboards.
Other Dashboard Enhancements:
- Date filters added to our existing warehouse dashboards.
- Dashboards added to the navigation and quick actions panel of key role centres.
Direct Debit for MEM
Wiise Direct Debit is now compatible with Multi Entity Management (MEM) by Binary Stream, allowing businesses to automate direct debit payments across multiple entities within a single database.
Simplify Depreciation
Commonwealth Bank are deprecating the Simplify product as of August 31 2025.
We now offer Stripe as a payment solution. A simple payments setup, pre-populated invoice templates, and click-to-pay links you can spend less time chasing payments and more time optimising financial performance.

Bug Fixes and Enhancements
- EFT Payment File fix
EFT file generation now uses the vendor's bank account name (if available) instead of the vendor name in the output file. - DED Import issue fix
Fixed an issue where the "Copy GST Setup to Jnl. Lines" flag in journal batch setup was ignored during Data Exchange Definition imports. Posting setup is now correctly applied to journal lines as expected.
