Why use Wiise Learning?

Wiise Learning helps you feel confident using Wiise by giving you clear step by step guidance for everyday tasks. You save time, reduce task error and quickly find answers so you can focus on running your business. 

Why This Matters? 

When you’re in the middle of a process, switching screens to find help can slow you down. Contextual links provide instant, on-screen access to support content so you can resolve questions and continue working without interruption.  

How to access Wiise Learning?

Here are the steps on how to access Wiise Learning from Wiise. 

  1. Login to Wiise.

    Note: You can access Wiise Learning directly from Wiise or by visiting https://docs.wiise.com.  

    Note: Wiise also shows learning links in the FactBox on over 20 pages, giving you tailored, on-screen links to curated help articles and guides relevant to the task you’re currently performing.

  2.  Select Learning on the top navigation menu from the system.

  3. Then, from the drop-down menu, select Wiise Knowledge Base. The Wiise learning website displays. 
  4. Alternatively, you can select the Wiise Learning link from the Wiise Command Centre tile in Wiise Insights.

How do you find a help article? 

  1. Once you're in Wiise Learning, there's a few ways to find what you need. 
  2. Type your question or keywords in the Search bar. Then, select the related article.

  3. Select See all articles on a category to view the related sections and help articles.

  5. Then, you can select a related help article that will guide you on your work task. 

 

What's in a Wiise Help Article? 

Our help articles follow a consistent layout, making them easy to read and follow.  

  • Title: The title tells you exactly what action or topic the article covers. 
  • Overview: The overview at the top provides a quick summary of the article’s content.  
  • Prerequisites /Before you begin: These are things you need to have ready before you follow the steps in the article. 
  • Note: These are things you need to know. 
  • Tip: A short, helpful suggestion that makes a task easier, faster and efficient.  
  • Caution: Warns users about something that could cause errors or unintended results if not handled carefully.  
  • Why: Explains why this task is important. This provides the business value and benefit the article gives.  
  • How to: This is the core of the article where there are detailed steps, often numbered, showing how to do the task. Screenshots are included.  
  • What’s next: Suggest further actions or related tasks once the current process is completed.  

Note: You can also navigate to other knowledge base sections or articles by selecting one of the sub-headings listed on the left-hand side menu.
