What to do if you can’t log into Wiise
Are you getting an error message when you try to sign in? This might be an issue with your Microsoft login that you use for Microsoft 365. To fix this issue:
- Open a new private window in your browser. A shortcut for this is to press Control+Shift+N on a Windows device. Or Command+Shift+N on an Apple Mac.
- Cut and paste this URL into the browser: https://wiise.bc.dynamics.com/
- Is there still an error? Contact your IT admin first to confirm it is not a Microsoft login issue.
