Use OnTime to finish an adjustment for basic warehouse

Why use Ontime to finish an adjustment? 

Use OnTime for adjustments to instantly update records, helping warehouse workers fix inventory mistakes to avoid running out of stock. 

How to use Ontime to finish an adjustment? 

  1. Log into the Wiise Warehouse OnTimeapp.  
  2. On the Functions tab, select Adjust.

  3. Select + New adjustment.

  4. Select Scan item to scan and select the items to adjust. 
  5. Then, select Scan bin
    1. When required, you can change the bin code to make item adjustment for another bin.  
    2. Update the quantity of items for adjustment. Select the + or button to increase or decrease by making negative adjustments.

    3. Then, select Confirm to save your changes.  
  6. The confirmed adjustment appear as a task box in the Adjust task list.

  7. Select Save on the top right-hand corner of the Adjust task list. This action updates Wiise ERP desktop. 
  8. A confirmation message appears asking if you want to save the adjustment. Select Save to proceed.

    Note: This action saves the changes to Wiise ERP desktop and the Adjust task box disappears from the task list. 
  9. A confirmation message displays that the adjustment saved was a success.

  10. Select OK to continue.  
  11. You’ve completed the Adjust process in the OnTime app. 

Note: In the OnTime app, you can only save an adjustment. You will need to verify and post the adjustment using the Wiise ERP desktop.  

  1. As the warehouse manager, you can now review the saved adjustment tasks and post in Wiise ERP desktop.  
  2. Search for Item Journals on the top right-hand corner of the page.

  3. Then, select the Warehouse Item Journal Template. Select OK to continue.

  4. The Items Journals list display. Select the Batch Name and select the warehouse worker who completed the adjustment task. Select OK to continue.

  5. The Item Journals display the adjustments made by the selected warehouse worker.

  6. You can review the adjustments made and post the journals. 
  7. You’ve posted the item adjustments in Wiise ERP desktop.
