If you'd like to view a list of all the standard reports available in Wiise, simply go to the role centre and select Reports then Standard Reports.
Here's how to search for a report in the standard reports page:
- Type the name of the report in the search bar.
- Then select the report name to run the report.
If you have reports that you run frequently, you can add them to your favourites list so you can open them quickly.
1. Select the Add to Favourites tick box next to the report.
2. Then select the favourite category in the drop down menu.
You can categorise each report you've added to your favourites.
- To choose a favourite category, first check the Add to Favourites tick box.
- Then select the favourite category from the drop-down menu.
The default categories are None, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually. But you can also add more categories or rename existing ones to suit your needs.
Here's how to set up your favourite categories.
- First, search for Favourite Category Setup.
- Then to add a new favourite category, select +New from the menu bar.
- Enter a Code name and Description of the category you want to add.
- The default category is the first option in the Standard Reports page favourite category drop-down menu.
Note: You can only select one default category at a time. If you want to change the selected default category, untick the existing category and select another.
You can also add a favourite category from the Standard Reports page. Here are the steps:
- First, select the favourite category drop-down menu and select +New from the menu bar.
- Enter a Code name and Description of the category you wish to add.
- To rename an existing category, ensure Edit list is enabled first, then rename the Code and/ Description of the category.
- You'll be able to see the name in the description field the next time you select the favourite category drop-down menu from the Standard Reports page.
To access your favourite reports you can either:
- Select Reports > Favourite Reports from the role centre.
- Or select Show Favourites from the Standard Reports page.
Tip: You can add a shortcut to this page next to the role centre menu items - just select the bookmark icon on the top right corner of the Favourite Reports page.
If you want to remove a report from the favourites page, here's what you'll need to do:
- Select a report in the Favourite Reports page and then select Remove from Favourites on the menu bar
- Or untick the Add to Favourites box on the Standard Reports page
You can reorder the list of your favourite reports. Here's how:
- Highlight a report you want to move
- And then select move up/down from the menu bar
You can also move a report up or down to a different category in the list.
