November 2025 | Cashflow Insights and Back Order Management
Cashflow Insights – New Power BI Dashboard

To help customers eliminate manual Excel exports and overcome fragmented historical data, we’ve built a new Cashflow Insights dashboard within the Financial Dashboard Pack. It consolidates real-time cash on hand, inflows, outflows, ending balances, trends, projections, and six-month AR/AP and expense views into one place, so that finance and operations teams gain instant visibility into liquidity and working capital, enabling confident planning without relying on spreadsheets.
Timesheet Dimensions → Payroll Enhancement

To help customers avoid manual data entry and inconsistent labour cost reporting, we’ve enhanced the Timesheet → Payroll integration. It automatically carries dimension data from project-tagged timesheet lines into payroll transactions, so that payroll teams reduce errors, save time, and trust that all labour cost dimensions are captured accurately.
Back-Order Management – Centralised Dashboard

To help customers move away from manual, fragmented back-order tracking, we’ve built a centralised Back-Order Management dashboard. It provides real-time visibility, smart filters, fulfilment actions, and built-in customer notifications, so that warehouse teams can prioritise orders faster, improve inventory utilisation, and proactively update customers the moment stock becomes available.
This streamlines back-order tracking, supports faster fulfilment, improves inventory utilisation, and enhances customer satisfaction. When new stock arrives, teams can immediately identify which orders can be fulfilled and proactively update customers.
