July 2026 – Wiise GTM IQ and Multi-entity payroll
We've continued expanding Wiise with a new AI-powered go-to-market intelligence platform and deeper payroll integration for multi-entity businesses.
Multi-Entity Payroll Distribution
To help Group Financial Controllers and Payroll Officers eliminate the administrative burden of per-entity payroll imports, we've introduced a single-file, multi-entity payroll distribution engine that takes one payroll file from Employment Hero or KeyPay and automatically routes GL entries to the correct Wiise entity.
Previously, businesses running multiple legal entities had to process payroll one entity at a time - exporting individual files, switching between environments, and importing into each company one by one. A business with 50 stores meant 50 separate imports every pay cycle, with manual GL journaling and month-end reconciliation that consumed hours and introduced errors.
What you can now do:
- Configure entity-to-business mappings once in the new Multi-Entity Payroll Setup page
- Trigger a single import and distribute action from the Head Office environment
- Validate all mappings and permissions before anything hits the GL unmapped entities and permission errors surface before posting
- Route GL entries automatically to each entity's ledger on confirmation
- Track the status of each entity import in real time via the Batch Progress page
- Trace every posted entry back to the source Payroll File ID and Head Office batch ID
What this means for you: one pay run, one import action, and Wiise handles the rest. Routing costs to the right entities and giving the financial controller a clean, reconciled view across the group without touching a single manual journal.
What you need to do: configure entity-to-business mappings in the Multi-Entity Payroll Setup page before triggering your first multi-entity import.
This is especially valuable for retail chains, aged care groups, franchise networks, and any multi-entity business running Employment Hero or KeyPay across multiple Wiise environments.

GTM IQ
Wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, and field service operators across ANZ have years of customer and transaction history sitting in their ERP, every order, every invoice, every payment. Most of that data has never touched the sales process. Two questions have always been harder to answer than they should be: who are our best customers, and where do we find more like them?
The biggest account by revenue isn't always the best. The customer that orders steadily, pays on time, and carries healthy margin often matters more than the large account that pays late and squeezes every price. That answer lives in the ERP but without the time or tooling to surface it, "best" stays a gut call. Prospecting inherits the same problem. Without a clear picture of what a great customer looks like, teams buy generic lead lists, cold-call companies that were never a fit, and spend hours researching prospects that go nowhere.
To help your customers turn their ERP data into a working go-to-market engine, we've introduced GTM IQ, an AI-powered suite of agents built into your Wiise environment that reads the data you already have and puts it to work.
What you can now do:
- Rank your customer base — the Customer Intelligence Agent scores every customer 0–100 with clear reasoning, distils your ideal customer profile from real trading history, and lets you re-weight criteria — lifetime value, margin, payment behaviour, purchase frequency — so rankings reflect what your business actually values
- Find net-new prospects — the Prospecting Agent takes your ICP and surfaces look-alike companies filtered by segment, geography, and industry, each with a full SPICED discovery report and a ready-to-copy outreach email — work that would otherwise take a rep an afternoon per prospect
- Watch for the right moment — the Monitoring Agent tracks companies on your watchlist for critical events and buying signals, and flags when the moment to reach out has arrived
- Start informed, not cold — SPICED reports mean discovery calls begin with context, not a blank page
- Connect your stack — optional CRM sync via Advanced CRM by RUX, Teams notifications, GEO audit, and llms.txt optimisation for your web presence
What this means for you: your data already knows who your next best customer is. GTM IQ asks it and hands the answer to your team in minutes, not months.
This is especially valuable for owners, GMs, and sales leads at wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, and project-based businesses across ANZ who want to prospect smarter without adding headcount, tooling, or a dedicated sales ops function.
GTM IQ is available now as an Early Access Program for existing Wiise customers. For more information please visit this page
