Stripe Payments

Wiise Stripe Payments

We are excited to introduce a new payment integration in Wiise: Stripe Payments. This integration brings a more streamlined and efficient way for your customers to pay their invoices generated in Wiise.

Simply enable Stripe Payments in Wiise, generate your invoices, and customers will have an option on each invoice to pay via Stripe.

Please note: This release of the Stripe Payments feature is being released as a pilot program with selected partners and customers, and will initially be disabled for general availability whilst we conduct pilot testing and perform final validation checking. Once the feature becomes generally available, we will provide further updates to partners and customers.

Why this matters:

  • Ease of Integration: Simply create a Stripe Account via the Stripe Payments Wizard in Wiise and you're all set up.
  • Multi-Currency Support: Accepts payments in over 135 currencies, making it ideal for businesses with international customers.
  • Security and Compliance: Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, detects and prevents fraudulent transactions, and tokenises card details to protect sensitive data.
  • Transparent Pricing: Simple, flat-rate pricing, with no hidden fees or long-term contracts.
  • Scalability: Handles everything from small transactions for startups to large-scale payment processing for enterprises.
  • Reliable and Fast Payouts: Regular payouts directly to your bank account, with options for faster payouts if needed.

For your customers:

  • Comprehensive Payment Options: Accepts a wide range of payment types, including credit/debit cards, digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay), ACH transfers, and is tailored to local and international markets, allowing you to accept payments globally.
  • Seamless Customer Experience: Quick and intuitive checkout processes, with mobile-optimised payment pages for better user experience.

How to get set up:

  1. As an administrator, in Wiise ERP, click on 'Set up Stripe' under Wiise Tasks in the Role Centre, or use the search icon to find 'Assisted Setup'.
    Wiise Assisted Setup
  2. From the Assisted Setup page, select 'Set up Stripe Payments'. The assisted set up wizard will open.
  3. Follow through the steps in the Assisted Setup wizard. Create a new account with Stripe, then wait whilst Stripe validates your account (usually 2-3 days).
  4. Once your Stripe account is validated, return to the Assisted Setup wizard, and click 'Next' and then 'Finish'.
  5. Now when you create a new invoice for a customer, by default, Stripe Payments will display in the Payment Service field.
  6. A Stripe Payments link will show up on any invoices generated, allowing your customers to pay via Stripe.

Transfer Orders

Wiise Warehouse OnTime Transfer Orders

We’re happy to announce that Wiise Warehouse OnTime now supports transfer orders! This addition helps you manage stock transfers across your warehouse locations, making it easier to keep inventory accurate, and operations running smoothly.

New features at a glance:

  1. Easier Transfer Order Management
With this update, you can now process transfer orders directly in Wiise Warehouse OnTime. Track stock as it moves from one location to another without leaving the platform.

  2. Accurate, Real-Time Inventory Updates
Transfer orders now update inventory counts immediately, so you can trust that your data reflects the latest stock movements between warehouses.

  3. Streamlined Task Assignments and Prioritization
Prioritize, and track tasks related to transfer orders easily. This feature helps your team handle transfers efficiently without disrupting other warehouse activities.

  4. Clear Visibility and Reporting for Transfers
With transfer order visibility from start to finish, it’s easy to check the status at each stage, keep everyone informed, and create reports when you need a clear view of inventory movements.

Why this update matters:

  • Improved Stock Control: Better manage transfers between locations and reduce errors in inventory records.
  • Less Manual Work: Handling transfer orders within Warehouse OnTime means less data entry and fewer manual updates.
  • Smooth Integration with Your Current Processes: Transfer orders fit right into your existing Wiise Warehouse OnTime workflows, so you can start using this feature without major adjustments.
